Fresh crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce tossed in a zesty balsamic Italian vinaigrette and topped with marinated avocados, artichoke hearts, cucumbers and tomatoes

our shrimp boudin, house made with smoked paprika and caramelized onions. Fried lightly and served with Bedford Sauce.

Seared Tuna and grilled shrimp glazed with pineapple pepper jelly, served with fresh sauteed green beans

Choice 2: Pork & Sweet Potato Pot Pie

Pork slow braised in gravy, and topped with whipped sweet potatoes and baked. Finished with stewed green and a soy-cane glaze

Choice 3: Pasta Alexander

Grilled chicken breast or jumbo shrimp on a bed of gamelli tossed in our roasted garlic cream sauce

THIRD COURSE: Dessert
Choice 1: Meyer Lemon Hand Pie

Meyer Lemon Curd hand pie with a vanilla glaze

Choice 2: King Cake Nachos

Our fluffy pie crust strips topped with butter pecan ice cream, a brown sugar cinnamon king cake sauce, and all the sprinkles
