First Course (choose one)
- Fried Pickles: Crinkle cut dill pickles hand battered and fried to a golden crisp. Served with our homemade ranch.
- Side Caesar Salad: a bed of romaine lettuce tossed in our caesar dressing and topped with croutons and parmesan cheese.
- Homemade Chili: homemade chili slow simmered for four hours. No beans.
Second Course (choose one)
- Homemade Roast Beef Poboy: cooked in-house daily, tender cuts of inside round, oven braised in creole brown gravy for a minimum of 4 hours, dressed with mayo, lettuce, and tomato on authentic New Orleans poboy bread. Served with side of fries.
- G.O.A.T Salad: Grilled, shredded chicken on a bed of spring lettuce mix, topped with goat cheese, grapes, candied walnuts and cranberries. Served with homemade Grape Vinaigrette.
- Pick a Burger: Jalapeno Ranch Burger, Fried Pickle Burger or Boudin Burger. Served with side of fries.
Third Course (choose one)
- Caramel Cheesecake: a slice of cheesecake topped with caramel
- Chocolate Fudge Brownie: Warm, rich chocolate brownie topped with hot fudge and finished with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
