First Course (choose one)

  • Pork Egg Roll: Homemade egg rolls w/ house smoked pulled pork topped w/ Spicy Pao.
  • Homemade Onion Rings: Beer battered onion rings served w/ house remoulade.
  • Louisiana Toast: Homemade croutons w/ seasoned crawfish and four cheese seafood sauce.

Second Course (choose one)

  • Smokehouse Spud: An oversized potato w/ house smoked pulled pork melted w/ Cajun cream cheese, Cheddar, and Monterey Jack. Topped w/ BBQ sauce, green onions, and sour cream.
  • Cajun Pasta: Penne pasta w/ creamy Cajun spiced Alfredo cooked w/ crawfish tails, and Gulf shrimp. Served w/ a warm pistolette.
  • Redfish Ryn: Blackened Redfish w/ Ponchartrain jumbo lump crab meat & au gratin sauce melted on a cast iron skillet. Served w/ your choice of side.

Third Course (choose one)

  • Cajun Donuts: Warm pistolettes with homemade white chocolate sauce.
