First Course (choose one)

  • Fried Green Tomatoes: thin-sliced fried green tomatoes topped with Ponchatrain blue crab meat and homemade au gratin sauce
  • Louisiana Toast: homemade croutons topped with Louisiana-style seasoned cheese and crawfish sauce 
  • BBQ Frychos: french fries topped with a classic homemade cheese sauce, house-smoked pulled pork, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, cilantro and red onion 

Second Course (choose one)

  • Redfish Ryn: blackened redfish topped with Ponchatrain blue crab meat and homemade au gratin sauce; choose one side 
  • Cajun Pasta: penne pasta and creamy cajun spiced alfredo with crawfish tails and gulf shrimp; served with warm pistolette
  • SMOKEHOUSE SPUD: our famous spud with Cajun cream cheese sauce, house-smoked brisket and pulled pork, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, green onions and sour cream
