- Smokehouse Spud: An oversized potato w/ house smoked pulled pork melted w/ Cajun cream cheese, Cheddar, and Monterey Jack. Topped w/ BBQ sauce, green onions, and sour cream.
- Cajun Pasta: Penne pasta w/ creamy Cajun spiced Alfredo cooked w/ crawfish tails, and Gulf shrimp. Served w/ a warm pistolette.
- Redfish Ryn: Blackened Redfish w/ Ponchartrain jumbo lump crab meat & au gratin sauce melted on a cast iron skillet. Served w/ your choice of side.
