  • Smoked Catfish Dip: smoked catfish in an herb cream dip with crusty bread and fresh herb salad
  • Crawfish Hushpuppies: crawfish hushpuppies served with roasted jalapeño ravigote
  • Crispy Chicken Livers: crispy fried chicken livers served with jalapeño cheddar cornbread, seasonal jam and fresh herbs

Second Course (choose one)

  • Airline Chicken with Pan Gravy: oven roasted airline chicken breast served with “cauliflower dirty rice,” roasted veg medley and pan gravy
  • Phill’s Grandma’s Meatloaf: meatloaf served with smashed potatoes, broccolini and debris gravy
  • Blackened or Fried Grouper Sandwich: grouper on an onion roll served with roasted jalapeño ravigote, shredded lettuce, sweet onion and pickles
