First Course (choose one)

  • Sashimi Salad: fresh tuna, salmon, whitefish, avocado, cucumber, scallions and masago, mixed with spicy mayo and ponzu sauce
  • Neau Nam Tok: marinated, charbroiled sliced beef seasoned with Thai herbs, hot pepper and fresh lime juice; served with crispy cage or lettuce as a wrapper
  • Chicken Satay: charbroiled, marinated skewered sliced chicken breast; served with peanut dipping sauce and cucumber salad

Second Course (choose one)

  • Slam Duck: pan fried marinated boneless duck breast, topped with garlic-cilantro herb sauce and sautéed house vegetables
  • Sizzling Seafood Hot Plate: jumbo shrimp and scallops, green mussels, calamari and crab sticks sautéed with broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn, snow peas and carrot in a house special sauce and served on a hot plate
  • Sea Monster Sushi Roll: shrimp tempura, avocado and snow crab topped with lobster, eel sauce, spicy mayo, wasabi cream sauce and red tobiko

Third Course (choose one)

  • Cheesecake Tempura: fried cheese cake topped with strawberry glaze; served with strawberries and whipping cream
