First Course (choose one)

  • Fried Calamari: Fried calamari served with a cilantro lime coconut sauce.
  • Avocado Mango Dip: Guacamole with fresh chopped avocados, mangos, onions, tomatoes and cilantro served with salsa and fresh fried chips.
  • Rum House Salad: Spinach, roasted sweet potato, toasted pecans, beets, goat cheese crumbles, shaved red onions, and a curry vinaigrette.

Second Course (choose one)

  • Mr. Biggs Plate: Choose four tacos and one side. Served with a beef patty and plantains.
  • Jerked Roasted Chicken: A roasted half chicken marinated in jerk rub and glazed with honey-ginger sauce. Served with coconut mango rice and black beans.
  • Red Curry Shrimp “Rundown”: Jumbo Louisiana shrimp in a creamy red curry sauce. Served with coconut mango rice.

Third Course (choose one)

  • Banana Bread Pudding: Made fresh daily with a pecan topping and served warm with a dark rum sauce.
  • Lil Chocolate Cake: Chocolate cake with a gooey chocolate rum center. Served with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh strawberries.
