First Course (choose one)
- Crispy Crab Wontons: crabmeat, cream cheese, jalapeños and green onions inside a lightly fried wonton and served with a side of Headbanger sauce
- Jalapeño Poppers: fresh jalapeños stuffed with crabmeat and cream cheese, lightly fried. Served with a side of Headbanger sauce
- Asian Boom Boom Shrimp: crispy shrimp served on a bed of spring mix, glazed with sweet chili sauce, eel sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds
- Headbanger Shrimp: crispy shrimp tossed in our spicy, sweet and creamy Headbanger sauce. Served on a bed of spring mix and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Second Course (choose one)
- Michael Jackson Roll: shrimp tempura and cream cheese. Whole roll is FRIED and topped with baked crabmeat, spicy mayo, eel sauce and crunchy flakes
- Cyndi Lauper Roll: shrimp tempura, spicy tuna and cream cheese. Topped with seared tuna, strawberries, avocado, jalapeños, cucumbers, ponzu, eel sauce, sweet chili sauce and spicy mayo
- Red Hot Chili Pepper Roll: shrimp tempura and spicy tuna. Topped with red tuna, jalapeños, sweet chili sauce, eel sauce, spicy mayo and crunchy flakes
- Sweet Home Alabama Roll: smoked salmon, crabmeat, avocado and cream cheese, topped with spicy mayo, eel sauce and crunchy flakes – whole roll is FRIED.
- Back Stage Grill Chicken or Shrimp (Hibachi): grilled chicken or shrimp served with a side of fried rice and a side of mixed vegetables
Third Course (choose one)
- Guilty Pleasure Cheesecake (Regular or Fried): cheesecake drizzled with chocolate, caramel and whipped cream. Garnished with fresh strawberries (ice cream can be added)
- Stairway To Heaven Brownies: fried brownie served with vanilla ice cream. Topped with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate and caramel
- Ice Cream For Adults: two scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream flavored vodka, GODIVA chocolate liqueur, Irish cream and Frangelico Liqueur. Drizzled with chocolate and caramel. Served in a martini glass.
