First Course (choose one)

  • Eggplant Reginelli: Roasted eggplant with olive oil, fresh garlic and Fontina, topped with a soft herbed goat cheese butter  
  • Shrimp Tacos: Marinated shrimp in an aioli based sauce with lemon, capers, onion and mustard seed served in a cauliflower shell topped with alfalfa sprouts and avocado
  • Watermelon Salad:  Watermelon cubes garnished with feta, fresh mint, a citrus glaze and candied southern pecans

Second Course (choose one)

  • Reginelli Gumbo: 10″ pizza with andouille, spicy smoked tomato sauce, Crystal-marinated shrimp, holy trinity and pickled okra
  • Sausage n’ Peppers: 10″ pizza with butter sauce, Italian sausage, barbecued red onions, and topped with a roasted pepper blend
  • Bacon & Blue: Chopped romaine salad tossed in a creamy avocado dressing and topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted corn, gorgonzola, and pancetta
  • Spinach Manicotti: Ricotta and parmesan cheese-stuffed manicotti on wilted spinach with creamy lemon tarragon béchamel sauce, melted mozzarella and topped with zesty lemon croutons 

Third Course (choose one)

  • Spumoni: Angelo Brocato’s wedge of tutti frutti, lemon and pistachio almond gelato
  • Birthday Cupcake: Happy Birthday, New Orleans! Confetti cupcake sprinkled with a bit of New Orleans flair!
