First Course (choose one)

  • Italian Sausage Napolean: lightly floured eggplant medallions topped with Italian sausage and finished with homemade red sauce
  • Caprese: tri-colored baby heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella topped with shaved red onions, fresh stripped basil and a balsamic reduction
  • Palermo Insalata: fresh spring mix lettuce tossed with your choice of our house dressings, served with artichoke hearts, baby heirloom tomatoes, Mediterranean olives, cucumbers and shaved red onions

Second Course (choose one)

  • Chicken Picatta: lightly floured tender chicken breast, sautéed in olive oil, served over angel hair pasta, finished with capers and beurre blanc
  • Veal Parmigiana: lightly floured and thinly pounded veal sautéed with red wine, garlic and shallots, then baked with Parmesan, a three-cheese blend, and homemade red sauce and served over linguini pasta
  • Gulf Fish Villa d’Este: fresh Gulf fish fillet flour dusted and sautéed in olive oil then baked, topped with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and capers and finished with beurre blanc

Third Course (choose one)

  • Tiramisu: ladyfingers soaked in espresso, layered with sweet mascarpone cream and dusted with ground chocolate covered espresso beans
  • Cannoli: homemade shell stuffed with Amaretto mascarpone, coated with ground chocolate espresso beans and sliced almonds


Tuscan Mule: Absolut Citron Vodka, Frangelico, fresh lime, ginger beer

Sicilian Breeze: Beefeater Gin, Pama Liqueur, basil, fresh citrus, prosecco
