First Course (choose one)

  • Crispy Oysters: crispy fried oysters topped with creamy truffle vinaigrette, parmesan and black pepper
  • Warm Baked Goat Cheese: herbal chevre, breaded and baked served over caramelized onion with bacon and raspberry glaze
  • Whiskey Balls: Bourbon infused blend of pork shoulder and ground beef served with our blackberry-Bourbon BBQ sauce.

Second Course (choose one)

  • Chicken Parmesan: fried chicken breast coated with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, served on a bed of fusilli pasta tossed in house made marinara
  • Country Fried Steak: tender angus beef battered, fried and topped with housemade country gravy, served with mashed red hot potatoes and brown gravy
  • Seafood Acadian Pasta: our house Acadian sauce (a spicy alfredo) tossed with fusilli pasta, shrimp and crawfish

Third Course (choose one)

  • Oreo Bread Pudding: made from scratch bread pudding with Oreos, salted bourbon caramel and white chocolate ganache
  • Peanut Butter Play Doh: who says you can’t play with your food? Served with chocolate and caramel sauces
