First Course (choose one)
- Shrimp Egg Roll: Sautéed shrimp and coleslaw tossed with teriyaki sauce and a dash of red pepper along with other spices, all wrapped up tight and deep fried to a golden brown.
- Stuffed Avocado: Grilled avocado stuffed with sautéed shrimp tossed in our made from scratch salsa, finished with a grilled jumbo shrimp from the Gulf.
- BBQ Pork Nachos: BBQ pulled pork nachos with melted cheese and jalapeños.
Second Course (choose one)
- Grilled Chicken & Veggie Bowl: Juicy grilled chicken breast served over black beans and rice, along side a delicious medley of grilled vegetables, served with a salad.
- Smothered Pork Loin: Sautéed onions and mushrooms in a brown gravy adds richness to the savory flavor of the tender pork loin, served with your choice of one side and a salad.
- NOLA-Style BBQ Shrimp Over Pasta: Jumbo Gulf shrimp prepared in a buttery, spicy New Orleans-style sauce (no BBQ sauce involved here!), gently tossed with angel hair pasta, served with bread and a salad.
Third Course (choose one)
- Chocolate Chip Cookie with Ice Cream: Baked fresh daily, rich and delicious chocolate chip cookie, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and finished with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and whipped cream!
Absolut Sunrise: Absolut Mandrin Vodka shaken with orange juice, we then add a layer of grenadine, and finish with an orange wheel – pairs well with any of our appetizers!
Clockwork Orange: Fresh orange wheel and cherry muddled with a dash of Angostura bitters and simple syrup; we then stir in Chivas and Belle Isle Honey Habanero Premium Moonshine with a splash of Cointreau, and serve over ice – pairs well with our Smothered Pork Loin!
Mounds Martini: For a delicious finish to your meal, enjoy this blend of Malibu Caribbean Rum, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, half and half and chocolate syrup, served in a chocolate swirled glass – pairs well with our Chocolate Chip Cookie dessert!
