  • EGGROLLS: stuffed with duck and shrimp with sweet and sour sauce
  • CREAM OF BRIE AND CRABMEAT SOUP
  • BISTRO CRAB CAKE: served with homemade remoulade 

Second Course (choose one)

  • KONA JULE SALMON:  plank-roasted, topped with tiger butter, served with mashed potatoes 
  • CHICKEN CAPER: topped with caper lemon butter, served with pasta and sautéed vegetables
  • FILET MIGNON: choice cut filet served on sizzling plate, finished with fleer-de-sel butter, served with mashed potatoes 
  • SEAFOOD LINGUINE: linguine pasta with sautéed mushrooms, shrimp and jumbo lump crabmeat in a romano mornay sauce
  • CRABMEAT CANNELLONI: pasta shell wrapped with jumbo lump crabmeat and ricotta, topped with béchamel sauce, served with sautéed vegetables

  • BISTRO CHEESECAKE: choice of topping: strawberry, lemon, chocolate, caramel or blueberry
