First Course (choose one)

  • Autumn Greens Salad: Baby spinach tossed with a maple balsamic vinaigrette, topped with spiced pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, red onion and a fried sweet potato cake
  • Smokey Spinach & Artichoke Dip: Creamy spinach & artichoke dip with smoked gouda, baked to order and served with pork skins
  • Queso Fries with Braised Pork: Our fresh cut fries topped with queso and slow braised pork shoulder

Second Course (choose one)

  • Pork & Sweet Potato Pie: Tender braised pork shoulder in a succulent gravy, topped with fluffy sweet potatoes, baked to order. Topped with a medley of stewed greens
  • Salmon Verde: Seared Salmon finished with salsa verde and lime crema. Served with corn & spinach maque choux
  • Shrimp & Grits: The classic southern dish served up Elsie’s style, with a twist

Third Course (choose one)

  • Blackberry Hand Pie: Finished with a blackberry and bourbon glaze
  • Grasshopper Pie: Velvety mint filling in a chocolate crust, topped with our homemade chocolate whipped cream
  • Raspberry & White Chocolate Pie Nachos: Strips of our hand pie dough are lightly fried and topped with a drizzle of white chocolate sauce and raspberry purée



Absolutely Rhubarbra: Absolut, rhubarb liqueur, peach nectar, orange bitters

Blue Velvet: Absolut, fresh blueberries, lemon, pinot noir
