- Shrimp Feliciana: fried shrimp set atop crab Mournay sauce with smashed potatoes
- Pecan Crusted Fish: fresh fish of the day, pecan crusted and pan fried. Served over Cajun new potatoes and topped with a roasted Creole sauce.
- Cane Glazed Pork: Char-grilled bone in French pork chop served on garlic mashed potatoes and finished with a sweet cane glaze.
