First Course (choose one)
- Chimi Bites: 6 crispy rolls stuffed with ground beef, served with jalapeño ranch.
- Tortilla Soup: A savory broth with sliced avocado, crispy tortilla strips and shredded Mexican white cheese.
- Pork Nachos: Pulled pork, smoked and served over piled tortilla chips, topped with queso, pico, corn and jalapeño ranch.
Second Course (choose one)
- Chihuahua’s Chicken: Grilled chicken, bell peppers and onions served over a bed of Mexican rice and topped with queso dip.
- Street Tacos: 4 chile marinated steak or pork tacos in corn tortilla, topped with onions and cilantro, served with bean soup.
- Fish or Shrimp Tacos: 3 soft tacos filled with either fish or shrimp, topped with lettuce, pico and remoulade sauce, served with white rice and grilled veggies
- Pollo Caliente: Grilled chicken breast topped with melted cheese, grilled onions, and mushrooms, served with grilled vegetables, white rice and queso.
Third Course (choose one)
- Sopapillas: A light and flaky Mexican pastry topped with honey, condensed milk, cinnamon and powdered sugar.
- Fried Ice Cream: Lightly fried cinnamon and sugar crusted ice cream drizzled with chocolate and honey
- Flan: A caramel custard
